Emer Gilvarry
Emer Gilvarry is Managing Partner of Mason Hayes+Curran. Before taking up the position as Managing Partner, Emer was head of the Litigation Practice Group. Her area of expertise is in dispute resolution with an emphasis on shareholder disputes and dissolution of partnerships. She is recognised as a skilled negotiator and expert at project managing complex conflicts involving multiple parties. Emer continues to advise business clients on Shareholder Agreements, Executive and Consultancy Contracts and the contentious issues that flow from such agreements.
Emer is highly recommended as a leading dispute resolution and employment lawyer in key international legal publications including Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. She is a regular speaker at leading domestic and international legal conferences including Managing Partners Forum, American Bar Association, International Bar Association and the Law Society of Ireland. Emer is also an accredited Mediator with CEDR.
Emer is a member of the Board of the Coombe Hospital and a member of the Board of Friends of St Luke’s.
Emer undertook her Undergraduate degree at UCD and joined MH+C in 1985.
