Thomas W Codd Jr
Tom Codd is Managing Partner of the North Texas Market for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited. Tom also serves on the firm's US Board of Partners.
He has spent his entire career serving manufacturing and distribution companies, including public and private-equity owned companies ranging in size from multi-location companies to multinational corporations.
Tom is also a director of The American Ireland Fund, The Catholic Foundation, Dallas Zoological Society, Circle Ten Council/Boy Scouts of America, Dallas Citizens Council, World Affairs Council DFW and The North Texas Commission.
Tom is a second-generation Irish American whose paternal grandparents were born in counties Carlow and Sligo. He was born in New York City and also lived in Connecticut and Indiana, before moving to Dallas. He is a graduate of Purdue University. Tom and his wife, Shelly, have four children.
