David Widger

David Widger is a Partner with A&L Goodbody, specialising in corporate law. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures, restructurings, venture capital, contractual arrangements, capital markets and securities law. David advises Irish and international public and private companies on the legal aspects of their corporate affairs including, in particular, clients in the healthcare, technology, life-sciences and insurance sectors. David is also a member of A&L Goodbody's Management Committee.
David is consistently recognised by clients and peers in leading international publications and directories for his knowledge of the law and expertise in dealing with complex client issues.
David studied law at UCD, qualified as a Solicitor in 1995, and has been with the firm since his apprenticeship.
