James O'Dwyer

James O’Dwyer is former Chairman of Arthur Cox, a major Dublin-based law firm, with offices in Belfast, London and New York.

He is Chairman of Rohan Group and a Director of Goldman Sachs Bank (Europe) plc, Stafford Holdings Ltd., and Fyffes plc.  He is a former Director of Jefferson Smurfit Group plc.

He graduated from University College Dublin with BCL and LLB degrees.

He is also admitted to practice at the New York State Bar and the Supreme Court of the United States.
