Paul S. Quinn
Paul Quinn joined Nossaman LLP in March 2010 as a public policy attorney and lobbyist, based in Washington DC. He has more than 45 years’ experience in providing business advice and counselling clients across many industries. Drawing on his well-established relationships with senior Democratic members of the House and Senate, he is able to craft effective legislative strategies and advance his clients’ objectives. He is adept at developing advisory groups and coalition efforts to address legislative, political, and regulatory issues with a focus on both domestic and international affairs.
Prior to this appointment, Paul was Special Counsel in the Washington DC office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC.
Paul has been deeply involved in Ireland since the early 1960's, and since the mid-1970's has been a leading player in the US in the Northern Ireland Peace Process. He has been on the Board of the American Ireland Fund for more than 15 years and Chairs the Fund's National Gala in Washington.
He is a graduate of Providence College and Georgetown University Law Center.
