An exciting feature of life at UCD Smurfit School is the range of clubs and societies that allow you to become actively involved in university life and to develop your interests and aptitudes.
Active clubs in Smurfit School include rugby, soccer, golf and sailing. Students can also join the wide range of clubs and societies, from cricket to chess to drama and comedy, at the nearby UCD Belfield campus.
The UCD Smurfit School Annual Ball is organised by the students for the students. This flagship event in the School calendar took place last year at the stunning Four Seasons Hotel in Dublin.
Whether you’re looking for serious competition or just a chance to meet new people and have fun, sport is an excellent way to relax and stay healthy. UCD Smurfit School students have full access to the sporting facilities at the nearby UCD Belfield campus. These include a gym, tennis courts, running track, rugby and soccer pitches.
