INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Programme (ISEP) Conference

UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School is delighted to host the ISEP Conference in association with the NFTE (National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship) and Social Entrepreneurs Ireland on Friday June 6th.

The conference theme is “Building a Social Entrepreneurship Community”. Day one of the conference will take place at the Smurfit campus in Blackrock, and will examine a number of themes connected with the topic.  It will be open to the ‘Social Entrepreneurship Community’ in Ireland and is designed to promote an exchange of ideas, innovations and strategies among colleagues. 

Topics to be covered on the day include:

  • Social Entrepreneurship: The Irish Context
  • No is not an option!: An Irish Social Entrepreneur’s Story
  • Local Challenges Part 1
  • Local Challenges Plenary
  • Facebook Unplugged: Connecting with other Social Entrepreneurs
  • Issues-based Group
  • Final Thoughts – Summing up the Day
