Business Process Optimisation: New Executive Education Programme

is the latest addition to the suite of Executive Education programmes at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

We are pleased to announce that the BP Trends Business Process Management Curriculum will be offered as an open enrolment programme in association with Torque Management Ltd.

The BPTrends Associates BPM Curriculum is an exciting, innovative 5–day programme designed to assist business leaders, managers and practitioners in the planning, architecting, designing, measurement and management of an organisation’s business processes. 

Commenting on the association, Phillip Matthews, Director of Executive Education at UCD Smurfit School said “We are delighted to offer this programme in association with Torque Management, particularly at a time when organisations increasingly need to examine their business processes and maximise efficiency.”
