UCD Smurfit School’s MBA maintains its position amongst the world’s best

UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School’s full time MBA programme  has maintained its position amongst the top one hundred in the world for the ninth  consecutive year.

Over 2500 schools worldwide aspire to have their full time MBA programmes ranked by the Financial Times which publishes this year’s outcome today, Monday, January 28. Competition to be ranked and make the top hundred is intense.

Commenting on the rankings Professor Tom Begley, Dean UCD Business Schools, said:

“I am delighted that we have maintained our position in the top 100 schools in the world for the ninth year in a row. At international level, business education is becoming more and more competitive and it is a credit to everyone at the school that we are once again benchmarked against the best schools in the world. Ireland needs a world class business school generating state of the art knowledge which guides innovative business practice. We will continue to direct resources at positioning UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School as the major contributor to business education in Ireland and a significant player on the international scene. “
