Professor Niamh Brennan has been awarded fellowship of the Institute of Directors in Ireland (IoD).
Professor Brennan is Michael MacCormac Professor of Management and Academic Director of the Centre for Corporate Governance at University College Dublin. She is a Chartered Director and is currently Chairman of the Dublin Docklands Development Authority. A first class honours Science (Microbiology and Biochemistry) graduate of University College Dublin, Professor Brennan qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and holds a PhD from the University of Warwick.
She has held non-executive directorships with the Health Service Executive, Ulster Bank, Co-operation Ireland, Coillte and Lifetime Assurance.
