Michael P. Beckerich owns and manages a range of investments that include an environmental laboratory (York Analytical Laboratories, Inc.), The Classics of Golf, for which he publishes golf books of historical and literary significance; and real estate. He commenced his career with Coopers & Lybrand and later worked as a financial officer with significant expertise in SEC and alternate energy matters. Born in Dublin, Aidan F Browne moved to the United States in 1986. Over the past 25 years he has travelled extensively throughout the US and globally and has generated a significant base of large legal representations, (domestic and international clients). Aidan is one of a few Irish born and trained lawyers who is an equity partner in a US AMLAW 200 firm, Sullivan & Worcester LLP, and he has served as an FDI consultant to Ireland's leading law firm, A&L Goodbody since 1995. He is also an investor in several venture capital and real estate funds. 

Mr Browne attended University College Dublin, where he obtained a bachelor of commerce in 1978 & has served as a fellow and director emeritus, corporate finance and M&A on the North American board at the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

Thomas has spent his entire career serving public and private equity owned companies, ranging in size from start-ups to multinational corporations. Experience ranges from auditing, business combinations, divestitures, spin-offs, IPOs and secondary offerings.

Thomas W. Codd is PwC’s North Texas managing partner. He was a two-term elected member of PwC’s Board of Partners. He has spent his entire career serving manufacturing and distribution companies, ranging from private companies to multinational corporations.

Mr Corgel was a member of IBM's Integration and Values Team since 1997, a senior management group responsible for strategy implementation, where he served in a number of key General Manager roles with global responsibility. He was GM, Small and Medium Business Services since 2005. He also launched IBM Innovation Centers in forty key market cities globally. Corgel retired from the company in July 2013, having served successfully for 38 years. 

Corgel is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for the American Management Association. He serves as Chairman of the Undergraduate Advisory Council for the University of Notre Dame, and previously served on the University Graduate Studies and Research Council. He was recently named a distinguished alumnus and serves on the University’s major development council. In addition, he is active in a number of non-profit organizations in Connecticut. Michael G Corrigan has substantial operational, strategic planning and financial experience within the entertainment media, technology and communications space on a global scale. John G Duffy has been with Keefe, Bruyette & Woods for over thirty years. He was appointed to the position of Vice Chairman in October 2011, having served as Chairman and CEO since September 2001. Prior to that, he was President and Co-CEO, a position he assumed in July 1999. For the nine years prior to this, John was executive vice president in charge of KBW’s Investment Banking Department. 

John is also a Trustee of Cardinal Hayes High School, Bronx, NY. Loretta Brennan Glucksman is a prominent Irish-American philanthropist. During her 18 year tenure as Chairperson of the American Ireland Fund, Loretta oversaw contributions of over €300 million - of some more than €500m raised to date - in support of peace and reconciliation, arts and culture, education and community development on the island of Ireland.

Mr Kearney has accumulated over 40 years of experience and knowledge in the mining industry. Since graduating from Georgetown University his ventures have included founding Discovery TV, Corporate Communications Network, McCourt/Kiewit International, C-Tec, & McCourt Entertainment. Today, his focus revolves around connecting rural Ireland, pioneering Saudi Arabia’s vision 2030 reform plans, in addition to launching ALTV.com, a free streaming service bringing content to underserved countries worldwide.

Judith A. McHale is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cane Investments, LLC, a private investment company focused on providing early stage capital and strategic advice and assistance to start-up companies in the United States and around the world.

Prior to her current position Ms. McHale served as the Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs, helping lead America’s engagement with the people of the world. Appointed by President Obama, she was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on May 21, 2009 and sworn in on May 26 of that year.

As Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs, Ms. McHale oversaw the operations of the Bureaus of Education and Cultural Affairs, International Information Programs and Public Affairs with an annual budget in excess of $1.3 Billion. As a senior officer in the Department of State and a principal advisor to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Ms. McHale worked closely with Secretary Clinton to develop and implement a new strategic framework for public diplomacy in the 21st century. During her tenure Ms. McHale traveled to over 45 countries and played a key role in a number of critical bi-lateral strategic dialogues, including helping to lead dialogues with Russia, India, China, Indonesia, Pakistan, Brazil and South Africa. In addition Ms. McHale worked closely with the White House and the National Security Council to develop a coordinated approach to global strategic communications across multiple government departments and agencies including the Department of Defense, the Central Intelligence Agency and US/AID.

Ms. McHale is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Discovery Communications. For two decades, Ms. McHale was a leader in building Discovery Communications, the parent company of the Discovery Channel, into a far-reaching and renowned global media enterprise, with offices in 22 countries and multiple business units, including more than 100 television channels available to more than 1 billion subscribers in 170 countries. She forged partnerships around the world and created innovative strategies based on a strong understanding of local market conditions which helped to drive profitability and dramatically increase shareholder value. She spearheaded numerous acquisitions, including The Learning Channel in 1991 and the Travel Channel in 1997.  During her tenure as President, Discovery’s revenues increased tenfold, with annual revenues topping $3.3 billion.

In the 1980s, Ms. McHale served as General Counsel for MTV Networks, overseeing legal affairs for MTV, Nickelodeon and VH-1. Drawing on the experience developed over many years living abroad, Ms. McHale became a principal architect of the company’s rapid international expansion.

In 2006, after nearly 20 years at Discovery, Ms. McHale started a new phase of her career in partnership with the Global Environment Fund, a private equity firm based in Chevy Chase, MD. Ms. McHale worked to launch the GEF/Africa Growth Fund, an investment vehicle intending to focus on supplying expansion capital to small and medium-sized enterprises that provide consumer goods and services in emerging African markets. As part of her efforts to launch the Africa Growth Fund, Ms. McHale received a commitment of $50 million from the Overseas Private Investment Corp. (OPIC).

Ms. McHale has also provided leadership to a range of organizations engaged in global affairs and development. She served on the boards of the Africa Society of the National Summit on Africa, Africare, the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, the National Democratic Institute, and Vital Voices. In 1998, Ms. McHale was appointed by Governor Parris Glendenning to a four year term as a member of the Maryland State Board of Education. In 2008, she was the co-chair of the Platform Committee of the Democratic National Convention.

Kathleen Murphy joined Fidelity in 2009 as President of Personal Investing, which provides a full range of investment and financial planning services to millions of individual investors including wealth management, retirement planning, and brokerage. Ms. Murphy also oversees Fidelity’s life insurance and annuities business, its workplace savings business for tax-exempt organizations, all of the firm’s brand and advertising programs, and Fidelity's digital programs.

Before joining Fidelity, Ms Murphy established herself as CEO of ING U.S Wealth Management where she worked for eight years. Beforehand, she commenced her career with Aetna where she spent 15 years in a variety of positions before concluding as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer.

Ms Murphy sits on the Board of Governors of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Board of Directors of the Markle Foundation, and the Board of Directors and Vice Chair of the National Football Foundation. James E Quinn joined Tiffany & Co in early 1986 where when he was appointed Vice President of the iconic jeweller and speciality retailer brand. In 2003, Mr Quinn became President of the company, a position which he served until his retirement in early 2012.

Mr. Quinn also serves or has served on the board of BNY Hamilton Funds, Mutual of America Capital Management, Fifth Avenue Business Improvement District and is a trustee of the Museum of the City of New York. He was also appointed as chairman of the Smurfit School of Business at University College Dublin in September 2003 and also served as chairman of its North American Advisory Board.

As special counsel to legal firm Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney, PC, Mr Quinn provides strategic government and business counseling including the design and implementation of political and legislative strategies and the monitoring of federal and state administrative, legislative, regulatory, and political developments. He has represented large and small companies, individuals, foreign governments, trade associations and universities on a range of political, legislative and regulatory issues. Mr Quinn has amassed over 45 years of legal and political experience in public policy advocacy to the Washington Ireland Program. Having a considerable interest in international affairs, Paul has been at the forefront of efforts to seek a peaceful resolution to the political, economic, and social strife that has confronted Northern Ireland.

He has previously served on the board of directors of the North American Advisory Board of the Smurfit Graduate School of Business at the University College Dublin which he joined in 1998. He served as Rhode Island Senator Claiborne Pell’s first legislative director in Washington from 1961 to 1963, and has provided, and continues to provide policy and strategic advice for many U.S. senators and representatives. He was also the 2005 recipient of the Irish Peace and Culture Award from The American Ireland Fund and has served on the Fund’s Board since 1986.

From 2001 until June 2017, Mr Reilly served as President & CEO of The American Management Association until his retirement. Since commencing his career, Mr Reilly has demonstrated his ability and competence in working in a variety of industries over the last 25+ years ranging from the education management sector, to publishing, broadcasting and advertising. Before joining AMA, Edward served as CEO & President of Big Flower, a multibillion NYSE Newspaper advertising services firm in addition to being appointed as President of McGraw Hill Broadcasting beforehand where he served for nine years from 1986 – 1995.

He is a past chairman of the USO World Headquarters Board of Governors, a former member of the North American Advisory Boards of the UCD Michael Smurfit School of Business in Dublin in addition to the IESE Business School, and a former chairman of the Royal Society for the Arts in the U.S.

Ruane is the CEO of BNY Mellon’s broker/dealer services business, the leading provider of U.S. government securities clearance and collateral management services. Furthermore, Brian leads Broker Dealer Services and enterprise-level relationship management for the Bank, Broker-Dealer and Alternative Asset Manager market segments.

Prior to his current role, Brian was CEO of BNY Mellon’s Alternative Investment and Prime Brokerage Services. In this role, he established the prime custody business which remains one of the fastest growth businesses at the company. He also co-sponsored numerous thought leadership white papers including, “Institutional Demand for Hedge Funds: New Opportunities and New Standards”, “The Hedge Fund of Tomorrow: Building an Enduring Firm.” in conjunction with Casey, Quirk & Associates, as well as “Private Equity Faces the Future: Candid Views from the Market.”

Brian has helped drive industry change by serving on the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Working Committee on The Future of The U.S. Government Securities Markets in 2004 and more recently the industry Task Force for Tri-Party Repo Infrastructure Reform.

He is also a member of the North American Emeritus advisory board of The UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and a member of the Deans advisory board at The Zarb School of Business, from which he received an MBA in international finance. Senior Independent Director, NEX Group plc

Mr Sievwright has accumulated almost 30 years of broad financial services experience with significant exposure to operating at board level. John is on the board of Aberdeen Income Credit Strategies Fund and NEX Group plc in addition to being a Member of the North American Emeritus Board at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business in Ireland and Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. 

John was previously senior independent director of FirstGroup plc and chairman of its audit committee. Following a 20-year career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch (formerly Merrill Lynch), where he held a number of senior management positions globally in cities including New York, Tokyo and London. He was appointed a non-executive director of ICAP plc in 2009 and the senior independent director of ICAP plc from 2012 to 2016 also.

Mr Sullivan has served as Lead Director of Cimarex Energy Co since December 2008. He has been an Independent Director of Cimarex Energy Co. since September, 2002 and Sletten Construction Company since June 2002. Additionally, he serves as a Director of AllFirst Bank, Kerry Co-operative Creameries Limited, & as a Trustee of the Catholic Diocese of Wyoming. Michael has been a Partner of Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP as of 2003 also, whilst he was a Special Counsel for the company from 2001 to 2003.

Previously, he has served as an Independent Director of First Interstate Bancsystem Inc & of AIB also.
