Programme Structure

This is a part-time programme delivered over two years.  As well as attending classes, you will undertake case studies, group projects, presentations and written reports. First year students will commence the programme in August of each year.

Semester 1:

Mid-August:  Block Release Weekend - Friday & Saturday+

Mid-September: Block Release Weekend - Friday & Saturday

Mid-October:  Block Release Weekend - Friday & Saturday

Mid-November: Block Release Weekend - Friday & Saturday

Mid-December:  Examinations+ – half day Friday & half day Saturday

Semester 2:

Mid-January: Block Release Weekend - Friday & Saturday

Mid-February : Block Release Weekend - Friday & Saturday

Mid-March:  Block Release Weekend - Friday & Saturday

Mid-April:  Block Release Weekend - Friday & Saturday

End May:  Examinations+ - half day Friday & half day Saturday

+This weekend is an orientation weekend for Year One students. The first weekend for Year Two students commences at the end of August approximately.

Business Project 

Master in Management students will complete a project as part of the programme in year two. The project will be undertaken within a selected industry. It will concentrate on a management-related topic. You will be able to focus on an industry of your choice and select a suitable format for the project.
