TIMEFRAME

A key feature of the MSc pathway is its flexible timeframe, which allows you to tailor your participation around work/life demands. Whereas each of the MSc-linked diplomas takes approximately 10-12 months to complete, we encourage you to take a 5-year window within which to complete all three steps and be awarded the MSc Business (Leadership & Management Practice).

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Step 1: Successfully complete any one of our eleven designated diploma programmes
Step 2: Successfully complete a second diploma
Step 3: Successfully complete a third and final diploma

KEY BENEFITS

Our portfolio of pathway diplomas build on your existing skill set and add relevant value to your business needs. From corporate governance to leadership development, our diplomas deepen your understanding of contemporary business issues and will help you become a stronger leader who can deal with complex issues in rapidly changing environments. Our unique learning method, immersive environment and world-class faculty all come together to deliver a learning experience unlike any other.

Diploma Structure
The majority of our diploma programmes are delivered over a series of 6 two-day workshops within a 10-12 month period. Workshops are typically held on Fridays and Saturdays to minimise interference with busy work schedules. 100% attendance is required.

Assessments and Workload
The majority of our diploma programmes are assessed on a module by module basis through a variety of practical assignments. The emphasis throughout the programme is on the practical application of knowledge to benefit the participant, their team and their organisation.

Participants should hold a primary degree or equivalent professional qualification. Consideration will be given to applicants who do not hold a primary degree but their depth of industry and organisational experience qualifies them as suitable participants. A telephone or personal interview with the Programme Director may form part of the admission process to help determine whether the programme is the most appropriate for the applicant.
