Programme Overview

Designed for established and aspiring coaches, this programme will provide participants with the competencies to deliver coaching to senior leaders in organisations, contract appropriately with organisations, address questions of assessment and evaluation and work effectively with the psychological dimension of coaching. Through a process of practice and feedback from tutors, peers and supervisors, they will develop a range of coaching skills and an understanding of coaching cultures in organisations. Coaching supervision is built into the programme with the provision of one-to-one supervision between workshops to support ongoing learning and professional development.

MSc in Business (Leadership & Management Practice) - Pathway

This standalone diploma also forms part of the optional MSc in Business (Leadership & Management Practice) Pathway. The pathway framework is comprised of 11 diploma programmes. If participants successfully complete any 3 of these 11 diplomas within a recommended 5-year timeframe, they are awarded with the MSc in Business (Leadership & Management Practice).

Our portfolio of pathway diplomas build on your existing skill set and add relevant value to your business needs. From corporate governance to leadership development, our diplomas deepen your understanding of contemporary business issues and will help you become a stronger leader who can deal with complex issues in rapidly-changing environments. Our unique learning method, immersive environment and world-class faculty all come together to deliver a learning experience like no other.

The majority of our diploma programmes are delivered over a series of 6 two-day workshops within a 10-12 month period. Workshops are typically held on Fridays and Saturdays to minimise interference with busy work schedules. The majority of our diploma programmes are assessed on a module by module basis through a variety of practical assignments, there are no examinations (excluding the Diploma in Corporate Governance).

 

MSc Business & Executive Coaching - Pathway

This standalone diploma also forms part of the optional MSc in Business & Executive Coaching pathway. Upon successful completion of the Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching, the Diploma in Advanced Business & Executive Coaching and the Diploma in Team Coaching within a 5-year timeframe (not compulsory), participants are awarded with the MSc in Business & Executive Coaching.

A key feature of the MSc in Business & Executive Coaching pathway is its flexible timeframe, enabling you to tailor your participation around work/life demands. Our coaching programmes are delivered over a varying period between 12–16 days, within a 12-month timeframe. The diploma programmes are assessed on a module by module basis, over 2-3 days, through a variety of practical assignments, including coach practice. There are no examinations.
