What is the MSc in Business & Executive Coaching Pathway?
The UCD Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching, UCD Diploma in Advanced Business & Executive Coaching and the UCD Diploma in Team Coaching all form part of the MSc in Business & Executive Coaching pathway.
By completing the UCD Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching, the UCD Diploma in Advanced Business & Executive Coaching and the UCD Diploma in Team Coaching, within a recommended 5-year timeframe, you will earn 90 credits (the national standard for a Masters Qualification) and will be conferred with the qualification of MSc Business & Executive Coaching accredited & awarded by UCD at NFQ Level 9.
Please note, the UCD Diploma in Team Coaching can be alternated with either the UCD Diploma in Leadership Development or UCD Diploma in Organisational Change and Transformation as the final diploma option.
The diplomas within this MSc pathway are as follows:
- Professional Diploma in Advanced Business & Executive Coaching AND
- Professional Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching, AND
Choose one of the following:
- Diploma in Team Coaching, OR
- Diploma in Leadership Development, OR
- Diploma in Organisational Change and Transformation
A key feature of the MSc pathway is its flexible timeframe, which allows you to tailor your participation around work/life demands. Whereas each of the individual diplomas takes approximately 10-12 months to complete, we advise participants of a 5-year window within which to ideally complete all three steps and be awarded the MSc in Business & Executive Coaching.
Each individual diploma is priced separately and each individual diploma is eligible for tax relief if the fees are self-funded.
