Customised Courses
The Centre for Corporate Governance at UCD offers in-house courses on Corporate Governance. In-house courses are tailor-made for the particular needs of the board of directors of individual companies. Courses are co-designed by the Academic Director of the Centre, Professor Niamh Brennan and your board of directors. These courses are intended to enhance a director's knowledge, understanding and perspectives on all aspects of corporate governance from the role of the individual director through to business strategy and company boards.

- Potential "away-day" for board members - can help to promote informal board dicusssion on company-specific matters
- The Chairman can effectively monitor the board's educational development and identify key areas for future discussion
