The Director Development Programme is a series of half-day courses covering all aspects of corporate governance. The courses assist directors in improving their personal and professional effectiveness whilst taking the time to look at their broader responsibilities in terms of shareholder satisfaction and the needs of stakeholders.

Currently in its ninth year of operation, the programme comprises practical courses, covering the core issues faced by every director. Participants are encouraged to share ideas and personal experiences whilst attending courses. This adds a valuable practical dimension to the course content and offers a useful insight into the day-to-day governance of organisations.
