The programme structure of the Diploma in Advanced Business and Executive Coaching provides the equivalent of 100 training hours.
There are six workshops, typically delivered over an ten-month period. All workshops are held in the Executive Education Centre at the School.
The first day of each workshop tends to concentrate on theoretical input, while the second and third days are more practical, with participants working in small groups alternating the roles of coach, coachee and observer. There are also two experiential personal development groups during each workshop.
The timetable is typically 9am to 5pm for each day of the programme. The programme is quite demanding and participants should be free of other responsibilities on the days of the workshops, to ensure full attendance.
