The programme structure of the Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching provides the equivalent of 100 training hours.

Programme structure

There are six workshops, typically delivered over a ten-month period. The timetable is usually 9am to 5pm for each day of the programme.

The first day of each workshop tends to concentrate on theoretical input, while the second and third days are more practical, with participants working in small groups alternating the roles of coach, coachee and observer.

The programme is quite demanding and participants should be free of other responsibilities on the days of the workshops, to ensure full attendance.

Location

Workshops will take place in the Executive Education Centre at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School on Carysfort Avenue in Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
