Strategic sales development is a central business concern for both small to medium sized enterprises and larger firms. In the current business environment, many of the traditional sales processes have to be upgraded to provide higher levels of customer intimacy, customer value and efficiency for the organisation. However, there is a distinct lack of high-quality academic programmes in the marketplace that cater for existing sales personnel who are looking to upskill their capabilities and for business professionals who are new to a strategic sales or customer relationship role. This Professional Diploma is targeted at such individuals. This is a fully accredited Diploma programme and is accredited at NFQ level 9 and comprises 30 ECTS credits.

Programme objective

This programme aims to provide sales leaders with a comprehensive knowledge of the theory and tools necessary to manage the practical issues involved in driving growth in their organisations. It is designed to expose participants to a broad range of business disciplines that will enable them to drive a strategic sales management function within their company, enhancing both their personal and organisational effectiveness. It also provides an in-depth understanding of the theory and tools needed to drive growth in organisations.

  • All Managers currently responsible for leading the sales function of their organisation
