I found the programme extremely informative with a heavy emphasis on interaction between the various participants, who came from both the civil and public service. The experiences, issues (and solutions) proposed by the various participants was a significant knowledge source for me.
The guest speakers, including former departmental secretaries, UCD academics and politicians, served to put the various classroom discussions into real-life perspectives.
Overall an excellent programme that I would recommend very seriously to anyone in either the civil or public service.
