The Diploma in Sales Management is designed to develop a greater understanding of a broad range of topics that have a significant impact on the sales function. Having successfully completed the diploma programme, this additional year of study leading to an MSc in Strategic Sales Management is designed to build on knowledge already gained in the first year, and further develop strategic leadership and management skills. The aim is to increase participants’ knowledge and competencies to lead and develop the sales function to become a key driver of business success.
The focus of this programme is on academic research, enabling participants to address the more challenging issues faced by senior managers in commercial organisations. On completion of this course of study, participants will be better equipped to lead the strategic development of their organisation.
