There is a mixture of inputs, group exercises, case examples and discussion. The training group is also terated as a team for some aspects of the programme so that live learning using the here and now can be explored. It is a highly intensive three-day workshop which includes a strong personal development dimension. A heightened level of self and social awareness is a result you can expect as well as impactful personal learning and change arising out of a continuous feedback environment. Expect the programme to be both supporting and challenging.
