The Coaching Organisation
| Date: 07 Dec 2011 | UCD Executive Education will host an upcoming evening briefing, “The Coaching Organisation” from 6-8pm on Wednesday December 7th at UCD Smurfit School, Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock. There is no fee to attend this event. This evening briefing is a great foundation for potential participants to learn more about UCD’s part time Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching. We would encourage past participants of this programme to attend to share their experiences if possible. The evening will conclude with a drinks and networking reception, some festive cheer! |

During the event, Dr. Geoff Pelham, Programme Director, Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching and Colm Murphy, Founder, Dynamic Leadership Development will discuss best practices in coaching practice management and demonstrate the key role played by internal coaches.
Companies are already feeling the impact of a communication and engagement crisis. A communication crisis in terms of wasted time and resources in organisations not having open and frank conversations. An engagement crisis in terms of creating employee loyalty and energy within the organisation despite a lack of promotions, pay rises and job security. Both crises impact effectiveness and productivity. That's where coaching becomes critical.
