The MSc in Project Management programme is aimed at graduates with a background in business, economics. engineering, science or computer science who have an interest in developing their project management skills. Project management is a key professional skill for delivering successful projects in areas such as business change, new products, new facilities, new systems and new technology. Projects are the way in which most organisations now organise and implement the constant changes required to operate in competitive and pressurised markets.
The material and approach in the MSc in Project Management incorporates world-wide best practices from two professional bodies: the United States Project Management Institute (PMI) Body of Knowledge and the UK PRINCE2 sets of standards. Many graduates of this programme have gone on to gain PMI and PRINCE2 accreditations.
Our aim is to prepare you for a successful career in project management. We will give you an in-depth education in defining and organising projects, managing change, building and maintaining value-added business processes.
