Personal Professional Development

In order to facilitate your learning, UCD Smurfit School has designed a Personal and Professional Development (PPD) programme which runs in conjunction with your Academic curriculum.  This programme builds your awareness of team skills, leadership skills and gives you the tools to continue your development in this area.  It starts during the Foundation Programme and continues right up until the end of the MBA.  Towards the end of the programme you will have the opportunity to take part in a Professional Leadership Coaching Programme led by leading Business Coaches.
