UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in association with The Irish Times is delighted to offer potential MBA students the chance to attend a series of free breakfast lectures designed to give you a Taste of an MBA.
Held between February and May, each event is hosted by a leading academic from UCD Smurfit School who will give a talk on his or her specialist area. A member of our admissions team will also be on hand to answer any questions you have.
The final breakfast lecture of the series will be given by Stephen Boyle. The lecture, on the topic of Negotiation, will take place on Wednesday May 2nd at 7.30am at UCD Smurfit School.
Lecture topic:
Sustained success: the art of getting more in negotiations without damaging relationships
In this session Stephen will address the myth that getting more in negotiations must necessarily be at the other side's expense. He will demonstrate a process for increasing your gains in negotiations with customers, suppliers, regulators or colleagues without doing so at their expense or at the cost of the relationship.
