We are delighted to host Accelerating Business Growth and Transformation with John O'Gorman taking place on the 15th of May 2025.   This breakfast briefing will take place in person on site at Smurfit Executive Development from 07:30-09:00.

What can you expect to gain by your attendance on the morning?
Delivering business growth and transformation initiatives is both complex and a key strategic driver for organisations.  This is set to become increasingly challenging in the looming global economic climate.  One of the goals of this briefing is to enable you to accelerate the success of your key initiatives and the teams running these. In this briefing, we will explore tools to enable you to "pitstop" the execution of your strategy for growth and transformation.

The briefing will be led by John O'Gorman, Programme Director of the Diploma in High Performance Sales and Business Development. John will share a selection of his latest research and get you thinking about how you can:

• Pinpoint key success factors and risks (including some that are normally hidden)
• Ensure clarity and alignment throughout the lifecycle of a growth transformation initiative
• Identify ways to optimise teamwork and collaboration
• Boost confidence in the execution of your growth strategy
• Embrace complexity and accelerate pace of and engagement with your growth initiatives
• Reflect on what it will take to accelerate momentum.
