We are pleased to invite you to a webinar – Governance in a Post-COVID World – with Prof. Niamh Brennan. As we emerge from COVID, the damage done by COVID will be revealed. Many businesses and companies will be in a fragile condition, with their survival on the line. Ways of working for employees will change. Conduct of international business will change. How will boards of directors manage the practical challenges in this new environment.
The webinar will include information on our UCD Diploma in Corporate Governance, a nine month part-time fully accredited programme (NFQ Level 9) led by Professor Niamh Brennan at UCD Smurfit Executive Development.
Professor Niamh Brennan is Academic Director of the UCD Centre for Corporate Governance which she established in 2002. Chairman of the board of the National College of Art and Design, director of a number of private companies and member of the audit committee of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and An Garda Síochána, Niamh is a former chairman of the Dublin Docklands Development Authority and a former non-executive director of the Health Services Executive, of Ulster Bank, of Lifetime, the Bank of Ireland’s life assurance subsidiary, of Coillte. She is a regular TV, radio and newspaper contributor.
