Leading High-Performance Organisations, our three-day programme delivered in partnership with Leinster Rugby, one of Europe’s top rugby institutions is designed to examine high-performance at the intersection of business, elite sport, and human performance.
Hosted at UCD Smurfit Executive Development and Leinster Rugby’s headquarters, this programme provides unprecedented access to Leinster’s inner workings, including insights from their senior executive and commercial leaders, head coach, backroom team and players. Participants will be able to dispel the myths and uncover the fabric and DNA behind Leinster’s sustained performance while Smurfit’s faculty will bring actionable tools, models, and data to help translate these insights into impactful strategies in an organisational and business context.
You will be exposed to themes like collective leadership, performance under pressure, and designing systems for success, the programme offers a highly practical and hands-on approach to understanding and achieving high performance at individual, team, and organisational levels. With a focus on overcoming challenges, adapting in complex environments, and leveraging data and technology, this is your opportunity to redefine winning and boost performance.
Leinster Rugby Post Programme Experience
Successful participants will be presented with their course certificates at a special lunch & networking reception at a Leinster Rugby home match before taking their seat to enjoy the performance.
