UCD Smurfit Executive Development is pleased to invite you to our first in-person Summer breakfast event to launch our updated Diploma in Corporate Governance The event will be led by our new Programme Director, Dr Margaret Cullen, who takes over the leadership of the programme from Professor Niamh Brennan in the forthcoming academic year. Running since 2004, the UCD Diploma in Corporate Governance continues to go from strength to strength in its attractiveness to those charged with governance and is renowned for its academic rigour, practical focus and a willingness to challenge conventional thinking.

During the breakfast event, Dr Margaret Cullen will paint a picture of the corporate governance environment as well as introduce how the programme wraps its arms around today’s entire governance ecosystem providing in depth exposure to all aspects of governance including behavioural aspects of boards, ESG and Information Technology governance.
