Research Interests: Comparative and international employment relations, collective bargaining, trade unions, EU politics.
Biography :
Agnese is a full-time trade union official and part-time PhD candidate at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Before working as a trade union official, she worked in the HR department of a financial services company and she is also a former trainee of Eurofound, the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions, based in Dublin.
Agnese holds a master's degree in HRM from Bocconi University and a master's degree in European and International Politics from Cattolica University in Milan, Italy.
