Biography :
Barrak AlBabtain is a PhD researcher at the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School under the supervision of Dr. Matthias Glowatz. His research investigates how organizations strategically adopt and integrate AI-enabled decision-making processes to drive innovation, enhance performance, and foster digital maturity. His academic interests lie at the intersection of digital innovation, organizational behavior, and strategic information systems.
