Thesis Title: Nudge for sustainable travel behaviour and policy acceptance (TBC)

Research Interests: Policy acceptance, transport policies and travel behaviour, behavioural science and economics

 

Biography:

I am a first-year PhD student at UCD Smurfit School of Business, funded by the Science Foundation Ireland. I hold a Master’s degree in City and Reginal Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the United States, with a specialization in transportation planning. Previously, I worked as a research assistant at the UNC Highway Safety Research Center on a series of interdisciplinary research projects focusing on travel behaviour, road safety for pedestrians and cyclists, and related transport policies. My research project in Next Generation Energy Systems (NexSys) will focus on sustainable travel behaviour and public acceptance of transport policies.
