Biography:
Ruoyu has been dedicated to Corporate Finance since her Master’s studies and is currently deepening her expertise during her PhD journey. She began her PhD studies in January 2023 and has since been engrossed in exploring various facets of Corporate Finance, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate innovation, IPOs, and data breaches. Ruoyu is always eager to engage in insightful discussions and collaborations with peers in the same field.
