Sid is currently a full time PhD student and holds a Master of Science in HRM from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School for which he was awarded the Richard Maher Memorial Award. Prior to commencing full time studies in HRM, Sid worked as an independent HR consultant in Dublin.
