The Programme at a Glance
Students graduate with two internationally recognised and globally ranked qualifications: an MSc in International Management from UCD (ranked 33rd globally by the Financial Times) and a CEMS Masters in International Management awarded by the CEMS Global Alliance (ranked 4th globally by QS).
CEMS is a prestigious global alliance of 33 leading business schools, along with over 70 corporate and social partners. It offers students unparalleled access to a breadth of career and global networking opportunities, including an international network of 19,000 alumni. UCD Smurfit School is the only Irish business school to offer the CEMS MiM.
Designed by both academic and business leaders, the CEMS MiM bridges university education and business expertise, offering in-depth insight into management best practices via seminars, core courses, electives, consultancy-like project business project, language teaching and internships.
Students spend one trimester at UCD and one trimester abroad at a CEMS partner school, immersing themselves in diverse cultural and academic settings. This is complemented by an international internship, further enhancing students’ global exposure and professional readiness.
This one year full-time programme is suitable for graduates with a business/economics background, fluency in English and another language, excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ambition to pursue leadership roles in international business.
