Off-Campus Accommodation

Dublin off-campus accommodation tends to be in very high demand. Rented accommodation is usually furnished, with rent costs starting from €140 per week for a room in a house being shared by 3-4 people (excluding heating and electricity bills). An advance deposit equal to one month’s rent, along with payment of one month’s rent, is usually required to secure your letting. It is advised against transferring any money before visiting the property and meeting the landlord.

A UCD off-campus accommodation search engine shows listings of houses, flats, apartments, lodgings and general self-catering accommodation.  To use the site you need to register with your @ucdconnect email address. Should you not have one, please email referencing your application number.
