Each programme has a dedicated Programme Manager available to assist and support students throughout their time at UCD Smurfit School.
The Smurfit School Office team are available for face-to-face meetings by appointment. Please drop your Programme Manager an email if you want to set up an in-person appointment with them and remember that zoom, phone and email options continue to be available to answer your queries (during normal working hours Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5pm).

- Module registration
- Timetable queries
- Advice on extenuating circumstances, leave of absence and withdrawals
- Visa queries and collection of Visa letters
- Out-of-hours access forms
- Official form signing and stamping
- General queries
Before term commences each year, incoming students have exclusive access to a comprehensive incoming student portal, which outlines general information introducing the school and all available services as well as detailed information specific to the courses being undertaken.
