According to the QS World University Rankings Fact File, “The QS Global Academic Survey interviews tens of thousands of academics from around the world each year. Each respondent is asked to nominate specific universities and business schools that they believe conduct cutting edge research. [QS] takes these nominations and weights them based on the profile of the respondent and his or her expertise. These responses result in [the] programme’s academic reputation score.”

“The rankings demonstrate the consistent international standing of UCD Smurfit School’s Masters programmes and places the School within an elite group of global business educators,” said Dean Brabazon. “The rise in the Thought Leadership category is a significant achievement and enhances our outstanding academic reputation, reflecting the impactful work of our highly research-active faculty.”
