Damien is Anthony C. Cunningham Professor of Marketing, UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Damien is Academic Director of the Bord Bia Executive Development programmes. Damien is one of a small number of academics in the world considering strategy in the food and agribusiness sector.

Craig is INSEAD Chaired Professor of Ethics and Social Responsibility. His research is at the intersection of business and society, encompassing business/marketing ethics, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability strategies.
Professor Karan Sonpar

Karan earned his PhD at University of Alberta, Canada in 2008. His research, teaching and consulting interests are in the areas of leadership, stakeholder theory, behavioural strategy, institutional theory, and emerging markets. Karan has worked with a number of Ireland’s leading organisations including CIE, Enterprise Ireland, Bord Bia and An Garda Síochána.

His teaching, consulting, and research focuses on strategy with a focus on digital transformation, business-to-business commercial management, value-based pricing, sales management, distribution channels, and customer and service excellence.
Professor Salvatore Cantale
Professor in Finance.

Salvatore Cantale is Professor of Finance. His academic and consulting work is divided into two different but complementary streams. First, he works at the intersection between strategy, business models, and financial results. He also sheds light on the relationship between ESG and finance, with the aim of increasing the understanding of how ESG policies impact both sustainability outcomes and financial results, and of helping companies navigate ESG ambitions and regulatory requirements.
