Professor Mark Pagell is a global authority on sustainable supply chain management and holds a Chair in Global Leadership. His research and advisory work focus on building resilient, responsible supply chains that deliver performance while protecting people and organisations. He is a former Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Supply Chain Management and a widely published thought leader in the field.
Margaret Berry

Margaret Berry is a commercially minded lecturer at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and an independent business consultant. She delivers executive education and postgraduate modules in competitive strategy, performance impact and key account management. Previously, she held senior strategic and commercial roles within blue-chip FMCG organisations and was Head of Sustainability at Kepak, bringing strong practical experience in embedding sustainability within complex businesses.
