Leading High-Performance Organisations is a three-day programme delivered in partnership with Leinster Rugby, one of Europe’s most successful professional sporting institutions. Designed for senior leaders, it explores high-performance at the intersection of business, elite sport and human performance. Hosted at Smurfit Executive Development and Leinster Rugby’s HQ, the programme offers leaders the opportunity to go behind the scenes with UCD Smurfit faculty to examine high performance in Leinster Rugby. The programme reveals what drives their sustained excellence - and how to translate this into actionable insights and strategies for your own team and organisation. Through direct engagement with senior executives and head coach to performance analysts and players, participants gain unique insights into the systems, culture and mindset that sustain success on and off the field.
