Programme Overview
Digital is enabling organisations to do things that are just not possible or commercially viable in a physical-only world. With such opportunities, it is paramount that all organisations have an innovative strategy that clearly maps out how the organisation plans to leverage digital and the operational and strategic outcomes that it is seeking.
However, both formulating and executing this strategy requires re-mapping and changing the organisation so that digital becomes part of its DNA. This is the transformation component of digital transformation. However, research reveals that this is incredibly difficult to achieve and that most organisations are struggling in realising their digital ambitions.
By attending the Diploma in Digital Innovation and Transformation participants will gain a thorough understanding of how organisations can deploy digital technologies both strategically and operationally. By analysing cases across diverse industries and organisations, participants will discover common practices and frameworks with strong practical relevance providing guidance to successfully navigate the digital landscape.
At Smurfit Executive Development our team have carefully designed this programme for everyone—whether your background is technical or non-technical. Our experience and research shows that successful digital innovation and transformation happens only when the entire organisation collaborates. We look forward to discussing your digital ambitions and challenges.
