Who is it for?
- Experienced managers with responsibility for leading others and making senior decisions;
- Recently-promoted executives who are facing new leadership challenges;
- Individuals with at least 8 years of management experience leading and managing teams in an organisational context;
- Participants who are open to critically examining and building upon their own approach to leadership.
Please note, participants must have at least 8 years of management experience.
Leading a team within an organisation is a prerequisite - some modules are focused solely on working with teams, so if a participant is not leading a team, they won't be able to fully participate in or contribute to the programme. Moreover, participants must be open to critically examining and building upon their own approach to lead.
A call with the Programme Director may form part of the application process.
Participants should also hold a primary degree or equivalent professional qualification. Consideration will also be given to applicants who do not hold a primary degree but whose depth of industry/organisational experience, deems them suitable participants.
