Meet the Faculty
Jenny Stacey is Associate Programme Director at UCD and an Associate of Novum. She is a highly-experienced Coach, Supervisor and Lecturer. She is a registered Gestalt Psychotherapist and uses her experience in the creative arts, metaphor and body work as part of her work as a coach. Jenny is particularly interested in looking at patterns of behaviour, raising awareness of choices and implementing change.
Geoff Pelham MBACP (Snr. Accred) is Director of Post Graduate Coaching Programmes with Novum. He is a highly-experienced Coach Supervisor, Coach, Counsellor and Psychotherapist. Geoff is particularly interested in the education and training of people in work settings, developing their capacities as “reflective practitioners” and facilitatin the integration of knowledge, skills and personal awareness to enhance performance in their professional roles.
