Damien is Anthony C. Cunningham Professor of Marketing, UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Damien is Academic Director of the Bord Bia Executive Development programmes. Damien is one of a small number of academics in the world considering strategy in the food and agribusiness sector.

Professor N. Craig Smith

Craig is INSEAD Chaired Professor of Ethics and Social Responsibility. His research is at the intersection of business and society, encompassing business/marketing ethics, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability strategies.

Professor Karan Sonpar

Karan earned his PhD at University of Alberta, Canada in 2008. His research, teaching and consulting interests are in the areas of leadership, stakeholder theory, behavioural strategy, institutional theory, and emerging markets. Karan has worked with a number of Ireland’s leading organisations including CIE, Enterprise Ireland, Bord Bia and An Garda Síochána.

Mary is an internationally recognised thought leader, author, and speaker on global agribusiness and the author of more than 70 case studies dealing with the issues facing leaders of global food and agribusiness. She is a former Director of Harvard Business School’s Agribusiness Programme.
